Our patriarch started the legacy of this firm in the year 1987. A simple B.Com. graduate and an Ex-Banker with Bank of India with interests in Accounts and Finances but with a hunger to develop finest real estates started his journey and the firm by developing a standalone bungalow in Sector-22, Gandhinagar. After that he went on to develop such fine real estates that many of his customers still call Home. Shri Sharad Vyas was elected the President of Gandhinagar Builders Association (now renamed as CREDAI - Gandhinagar) in the year 2002 and served his full term till 2004. He was also elected as Joint Secretary - Gujarat Chapter (FREDAG - Federation of Real Estate Developers Association of Gujarat, now renamed to CREDAI - Gujarat) during the period of 2003-2007.
His vision in identifying real estate development opportunities for the firm remains the foundation of the firm. His motto of “There’s always a good time to buy Real Estate” teaches the firm a lot about the growth and opportunities that the real estate business can provide to the firm.
Shri Aakash Vyas is a fresh addition to the firm. He is a Civil Engineer from L.D. College of Engineering with Master’s in Real Estate from NICMAR, Pune. Aakash also holds an LL.B. degree from Gujarat University. Previously he has worked with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. as Manager - Corporate Real Estate for close to half a decade. He oversaw large scale corporate real estate deals that were critical and of prime importance for the expansion strategy of the Godrej Group.
Aakash has founded and is also a part of other firms which operate in the domain of Construction & Real Estate Consulting.
